Frequently Asked Questions

What will I learn?

We teach Python based web application development. While we want to expose you to a wide range of environments, most of the deployment scenarios in the series will target Heroku and Google App Engine. We've decided to standardize on the Flask web framework.

What you've been saying to us:
"I'm managing a team of developers, I know a bit of code but I'm still not fully comfortable with full stack programming, this course will allow me to have greater input in the way the code for my project is managed"

"Developers are expensive, this course will pay back for itself quickly, once I've gotten my first minimum viable products out the door"

"I have a good amount of Python development experience but I would love to fill in the gaps."

"I want to earn some credentials that will help to get my foot in the door on projects"

What can I do with the knowledge?

This is squarely aimed at persons who are running startups (or planning to) or are switching career paths into the tech field. So what you learn should equip you to build real world applications. The series closely follows the Udacity full stack nanodegree curriculum, as a result you can use the work you do and the experience you gain to pick up a nanodegree from Udacity in fullstack web development.

Why do this series?

Our biggest distinguishing factor is our high quality face to face and personalized instruction. Based on conversations with students this seems to resonate with them.
